Instructor Illness

In the event that I am sick we will move class online. 

1. You will be emailed the night before or early morning

2. Class will be held on Instagram Live and Zoom 

Cancelling a class:

Option 1: 

There is a link to cancel or reschedule your class on your confirmation emails from Calendly. 

Option 2: 

Message me with the date and time of the class you wish to cancel and I can do it on my end. 


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please cancel or reschedule your class at or before 7pm the night before your class.  If you cancel or reschedule before the cutoff, your class will be returned to you. If you cancel your class after the cutoff you are considered a no show and your class will be lost.  

You are welcome to switch from in person to Zoom at any time. 


WAITLIST: 

Use the Waitlist Event on Calendly and answer all the questions. 

If a spot becomes available you will automatically be added to the class. 

It is your responsibility to cancel or inform Kylie that you can no longer make it at least two (2) hours prior to the class. 

If you cancel your class after the cutoff you are considered a no show and your class will be lost.  

You are welcome to switch from in person to Zoom at any time. 

Refunds:

Full refunds are available 72 hours prior to your first scheduled class. 

If your refund request is less than 72 hours in advance of your first scheduled class you will receive a credit to attend future classes. Credits expire within 4 months.
