How old does my baby have to be?

I'm not overly concerned with the age of your child. I'm more interested to know if you have been cleared for exercise and you feel ready and able to return to fitness. I have have children from 4 weeks to 8 years old attend class.

Do I need a stroller?

Not at all! They are nice to have if your child likes to sleep or hang out in it. We do not utilize the stroller unless you ask me for a modification to incorporate it.

What should I bring to class?

Anything to make your life easier! Stroller, carseat, carrier, toys, snacks and more snacks!

Can I drop in?

Your first class is always free, but I do require registration after your first class. I like to get to know my participants and design classes around the individuals who attend certain days and times.

What if I miss a class?

I get it, life is crazy, kids get sick, you were up all night. I am very flexible and allow for make up classes, a discounted rate for your next session, or a credit for whenever you can attend a class.

What kind of workouts can I expect?

Every class includes cardio, strength, core and stretching. I design each class with an element of fun and uniqueness. No two classes are alike so you will never get bored.

I'm a beginner or newly postpartum, can I still participate?

YES!!!! My classes are designed for everyBODY in mind. I offer modifications for literally everything! You can come to class feeling safe knowing I've got your back.

What do the kids do?

Babies usually just hang out and take it all in. The bigger kids are free to play with each other, hang out near mom, watch shows (if you brought a tablet) colour or do whatever they please. I just ask that they stay somewhat in control and try not to run around where we are working out.
