Best for: Those 6+ weeks postpartum


Rebuild your strength, restore core stability, and ease tension in a supportive small-group setting. This baby- and child-friendly program (you can bring your older child too!) blends targeted strength exercises with Pilates- and yoga-inspired stretches to help you move with confidence and tackle the demands of motherhood.

 

What to Expect:

Core-focused strength training to promote stability and strength

Gentle stretching to relieve tension and reduce stress

Personalized attention in an small group setting

A welcoming space where your baby and/or older child is welcome to join

Mobility work for balance, flexibility, and range of motion

Best for: Expecting parents at any stage of pregnancy

Support your changing body with a class designed to build strength, improve stability, and promote mobility throughout pregnancy. This class blends safe, stabilizing core work with strength training and mindful movement to help you feel strong and prepared for labor, delivery, and beyond. No previous Pilates experience required.

What to Expect:

Core exercises to promote stability and pelvic floor awareness

Upper body and pelvic stabilization work to support posture and balance

Safe squatting techniques and breathing strategies for labor and delivery

Spinal mobility and targeted stretches to ease tension in the neck, back, hips, and feet

Best for: Postpartum individuals cleared for exercise who want to rebuild strength, impact tolerance, and confidence before returning to running.

 

This 9 week strength-focused return-to-run program is designed to prepare your body for future running—not rush it. We’ll progressively build lower-body, core, and full-body strength, impact readiness, and movement efficiency so that when you do begin running, you feel capable, confident, and resilient. At the end of the series, you’ll have the option to receive a tailored running plan if you’re ready for the next step.

 

What’s Included:
• Weekly structured strength + conditioning sessions
• Progressive build in impact readiness + run-specific strength
• Education on pacing, progression, and readiness
• Supportive small-group environment (in person + virtual)

 

Optional Add-On:
• Personalized running plan provided at the end of the program (based on readiness + goals)
