Mini & Me Fitness offers Parent and Tot, Just for Her, Pilates and Family Fitcamp classes. We are an all inclusive group that welcomes all fitness levels and abilities.


Parent & Tot
Bring the kids and get a workout in!
All fitness levels welcome.
I design each class with strength, cardio, core and stretching. Every class is different so you never get bored.
Mini & Me classes are safe for all postpartum bodies including those with diastasis, prolapse, and who have had caesarean or vaginal births.
You will need a yoga mat and a resistance band or light free weights
Just for Her
Meet women in your community and feel confident and comfortable while working out.
Women of all levels and abilities are welcome in this class.
These classes are safe and welcoming for anyone who identifies as female and uses the pronouns she and her.

Parent & Tot Fitcamp
OUTDOOR
Bring the kids and get a workout in!
This class is suitable for the entire family.
Kids can come and play, kick balls, or do cartwheels while you get a workout.
This class will be focused on strength, cardio, core and of course fun!
All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
You will need a yoga mat, long resistance band and light free weights (optional)
Just for Her - Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength.
Meet women in your community and feel confident and comfortable while working out.
Women of all levels and abilities are welcome in this class.
These classes are safe and welcoming for anyone who identifies as female and uses the pronouns she and her.
You will need a yoga mat, towel or blanket for extra cushion
