To get started, all you'll need is a yoga mat and a towel or blanket for extra cushioning.

Parent & Baby Pilates

Our Parent & Tot Pilates class is specifically designed for moms with children 0 to 18 months creating a supportive environment for both you and your child It's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other moms in your community while taking care of your physical well-being.
Whether you're a beginner or have previous Pilates experience, our class is suitable for all levels. We prioritize your comfort and safety, ensuring a nurturing space where you can move and exercise at your own pace.

Prenatal Pilates

Our prenatal Pilates class is designed to support expecting mothers on their journey to motherhood.

Connect with other pregnant mamas/birthing folks and enjoy a safe yet challenging prenatal Pilates class. This class focuses on safe stabilizing core work, pelvic floor awareness, upper body strength training, pelvic stabilization, safe squatting, spinal mobility, breathing for labor & delivery, and stretches to ease neck and upper back tension, tight hips, and aching feet.

Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, our prenatal Pilates class is tailored to nurture your well-being during this special time.

Prenatal Strength & Stretch

Experience the perfect balance of strength and relaxation with our Prenatal Strength and Stretch workout, a specially crafted 45-minute session designed to support and nurture expectant mothers. The first half focuses on gentle yet effective strength exercises tailored to the unique needs of pregnancy, enhancing core stability, and promoting overall strength in a safe and controlled manner. The second half invites you to unwind and rejuvenate with a dedicated 20-minute stretch segment, featuring gentle movements and stretches to alleviate tension, prepare for birth and foster a sense of calm.

Stroll & Strength

Stroll & Strength is the perfect way to combine fitness, fun, and socializing.
Are you looking to connect with others, enjoy some fresh air, and get your workout in - all in one go? Look no further!
Here's the plan:
Bring your little ones in strollers or carriers
We'll walk a scenic route
Along the way, we'll make pit stops at benches and other spots to do exercises like push-ups, dips, squats, lunges, and even some band work!
